This is an unusual original Rembrandt lampshade, made to sit in grooves of Rembrandt's glass reflector bowl.  This shade was quite popular in the 60's but hasn't been manufactured since sometime in the early 70's.  A lot of old Rembrandt table lamps are now collector's items, but the shades are getting harder to find.  If you have an original Rembrandt frame and reflector bowl, recovering the old frame is the only way you can have a complete original look.   A complete Rembrandt shade restoration costs about $179 if you furnish the original frame.  Pleated like the one in picture above is $219.  Shipping and insurance is added.  Silk fabrics are used, in colors and trim of your choice.  Many times, the original gold soutache trim can be salvaged and re-used on your new shade.
